Entry form for photos for INPS 2010 Idaho Native Plant Photo Contest. Please complete and include one form with each photo entry. Each photographer may submit up to 4 images total. The entrant must have taken the photo being submitted and have the right to enter the photo. Model releases must be included if the photo includes an image of a person not in the photographer’s immediate family. Property releases must be included for photos of private property not owned by the photographer or his or her immediate family.

The photographer retains the copyright of submitted material, however INPS has the right to use images submitted in published materials and publicity which promote native plants and habitats for two years from the deadline date for submittal.
Ensure that packaging protects the CD if photo is sent via the mail. Please include a return address and a self-addressed mailer with correct postage for return of CD.
